Payment Postage and Shipping  

I accept payment by direct deposit and paypal.

Your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared. Please bear in mind I am a work at home mum to 3 kids so sometimes things don’t always go to plan and posting of your order could be delayed 1-2 days. Currently my main posting days are Monday and Friday. 

All orders are sent by regular mail (Australia Post). If you prefer registered post please select that at the checkout. Unfortunately I cannot assume responsibility for lost items. If you require express postage please contact me once your order is placed and I can adjust your totals. 

I always try and make your postage as cheap as possible. If you think your postage costs are unreasonable please let me know.

Returns 

I cannot offer exchange or return on change of mind purchases. If you think the product you have purchased is faulty please contact me to discuss your situation. If your item is deemed faulty by myself you will be given the option to have an exchange, credit for the purchase price or a refund minus postage cost.
