Where do you get your amber jewelry from?: I buy all the amber jewelry from Inspired By Finn (there is a link to the store on each amber product listing).
How do I care for the amber?: From time to time wash gently in luke warm water. Please avoid detergents including soaps and creams you may use on your skin. These may build up on your amber which reduces the absorption of healing properties into the skin
Im after a different colour/size. can you order it?: Yes. If you are after a style/colour/size that I dont have instock please contact me. From the date I order your jewelry it can take around 3 weeks before it reaches you. I also ask for payment (or partial) upfront.
My necklace has broken. What should I do?: In the unfortunate case this does happen please contact me! I ask that you return it to me. I will then either replace it for you or give you a full refund.
Do you recommend the round beads or chip beads?: I get asked this question a lot and it really is personal preference. The chips make a cheaper necklace as the amber pieces don't have to be as large as the pieces that make the round beads. There is no difference in the properties of both styles. Both work just as well. Some people prefer the round beads because they are smoother when if they are concerned about the "digging in" factor of the chip beads. The chip beads are elongated, but they are smooth so shouldn't cause any discomfort. For what its worth my son wears a chip style necklace.

Can you gift wrap?: Of course! Just choose gift wrapping at checkout and your order will be wrapped and tied with pretty ribbon. If you have a particular request please don't hesitate to contact me or leave a comment at checkout. I'm very accomodating!
